Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase & Co setuju untuk menghentikan gugatan yang diajukan terhadap Tesla Inc tiga tahun lalu, yang menuntut US$162 juta (Rp2,5 triliun) terkait dengan transaksi waran saham.

Langkah untuk mengakhiri litigasi ini diumumkan pada hari Jumat melalui pengajuan pengadilan satu halaman oleh kedua belah pihak, di mana mereka membatalkan klaim mereka terhadap satu sama lain tanpa kemampuan untuk mengajukan kembali. Mereka tidak mengungkapkan adanya kesepakatan penyelesaian.
